Unfortunately, the Department of Economic Security failed to follow through with the planned release of the Waiting List on November 16th.  As a result, children cannot access child care, parents cannot accept jobs and providers continue to struggle with declining enrollments.  The ACCA has determined through their contact with families and providers that children are being placed in unsafe, unregulated facilities or with unqualified child care providers.  Visit the ACCA for details, http://www.azcca.org
